One of the key principles of becoming whole is transcending the ego and focusing on the present moment. True fulfillment arises when you lose yourself in what you do—entering a state of flow. However, to lose yourself, you must first find yourself.

When you face your shadow and gain a deep understanding of yourself, you stop fearing the unexpected. You become whole, and in that state, you can fully immerse yourself in whatever you do.
