About

Meet the Founder of “The Awareness Coaching”.

“Hello, I’m Kate, I’m a certified life coach, neuroscience enthusiast, mental health advocate and the founder of The Awareness Coaching.

Growing up on a small farm in rural Russia, I learned resilience and developed a deep curiosity about the world. Despite the challenges of my upbringing and struggles in school, one thing always remained clear: my interest in  human mind. Even as a teenager, I found fulfillment in listening my friends and family to help them navigate their challenges.

Over time, my journey led me across the globe—from studying marketing, producing a documentary film in India to finding my calling for psychology and coaching in USA. Along the way, I connected with remarkable individuals, absorbed insights from various cultural and philosophical traditions, and deepened my understanding of human mind and amazing nature of human brain.

My approach is rooted in blending Western coaching techniques, neuroscience, psychology with the profound wisdom of Eastern philosophy. By honoring the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul, I guide individuals toward uncovering their inner truth, overcoming barriers, and embracing a life of authenticity and fulfillment. Together, we’ll embark on a transformative journey toward self-awareness, fulfillment and happiness.”

A Path to Wholeness and Flow

One of the key principles of becoming whole is transcending the ego and focusing on the present moment. True fulfillment arises when you lose yourself in what you do—entering a state of flow. However, to lose yourself, you must first find yourself.

When you face your shadow and gain a deep understanding of yourself, you stop fearing the unexpected. You become whole, and in that state, you can fully immerse yourself in whatever you do. When your mind is fragmented, unresolved thoughts and emotions linger, creating a backdrop of anxiety. Anxiety often stems from the knowledge that something within us needs attention, but avoidance amplifies the tension.

By taking action, confronting your shadow, and opening yourself to self-discovery, you dissolve these internal blocks. As you do, you forget the ego, forget yourself, and become one with the task at hand. This is the essence of living fully and authentically.
